Engaged in a prominent project to provide technical and test support to the Project Management Office and Testing Team. Responsibilities included performing system testing, tracking defect statistics, and fulfilling administrative tasks such as minute taking, room and equipment booking, and data coordination among business partners. A key aspect of my role involved the system testing and critical analysis of a pivotal interface—an intuitive payment schedule application empowering employers to manage pension and personal information seamlessly. This experience expanded my expertise in XML, allowing me to gain extensive knowledge in its implementation. Additionally, my proficiency in Excel significantly increased, enabling me to create insightful dashboards for project meetings, automate data collection and processing, and develop a comprehensive spreadsheet that generates XML files to load unit price data into the system. Before my departure, I successfully trained two new employees to assume my responsibilities.

During this employment I was responsible for showing potential students and family’s around the school and campus. I was required to communicate in a friendly and polite manner, demonstrate knowledge of the course and department and represent the University.

During my time in this role, I held the responsibility of ensuring the safe transportation of students to their intended destinations.
