Set foundational processes, roles, and technical decisions, building out studios and leading creative services and field production teams in New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC. Delivered high-end digital content for brand partners (Quicken Loans, Ally Bank, HP, TD Bank, AMEX, Constellation Brands, Volvo), producing live programming, news packages, interview segments, web series, and sizzle reels. Built out the Promotions department to produce advertiser spots and show promos for Cheddar’s diverse programming slate. Guided the Field Operations team in enhancing long-form news packages, A-list interviews, and live broadcasts from exclusive locations / venues (The White House, Capitol Hill, Sundance / Tribeca Film Festivals, Cannes Lions, SXSW). Transitioned the network to fully remote operation during Covid, including in-home lighting, sound, and camera setups.

Directed live event TV broadcasts for Mark Cuban’s AXSTV (formerly HDNet), capturing high-quality, multi-camera footage of concerts (Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg), talk shows, specialty segments, and celebrity interviews. Broadcasted live interviews with high-profile athletes (Ronda Rousey, Randy Couture) during weekly UFC show Inside MMA. Designed, outfitted, and operated a fully equipped mobile production unit, complete with multiple cameras, satellite uplink, switcher, audio board, capture, and intercom system. Directed a 15-person field production team in covering live events.
