I'd like to think I've had a big hand in helping Intelligent Facility Solutions go from a 2 person, box room office company, to a 20 person operation (out of the box room of course!) that's still growing. I've always treated it as my own, but now I'm a shareholder. I've learned a lot along the way, and still am. I've worn the cliche "many hats" that occur in helping a small business grow. Being part of it all is something I'm very proud of. I've took some twists and turns over the years, but who hasn't? To get to the role of eCommerce manager, which I love, I've had varied roles in different industries but still use past experiences and lessons learned to this day, so it's all been worth it. From getting my degree in sports science, transitioning from self employed PT and sports massage therapist to small business owner, to trying to make hand dryers and washroom products interesting (yep, a tough gig 😂). Now I have my head stuck in Google Analytics and reports, analysing the data. My education and analytical, scientific background not going to waste! I'm constantly learning about sustainability and the environment with founder Andrew Cameron's infectious values and beliefs.Why should you connect with me?We can all learn from each other. Personal bit:Married with 3 kids. I've struggled with my mental health as far as I can remember, but with others help have become better over the years. I'm a big advocate of exercise, having a laugh and mindfulness.I'm usually found running, watching Sheffield United, following my twins play football, my youngest play cricket or listening to him on the decks doing bits. Business bit:Responsible for eCommerce and content; developing and collaborating on such things as website copy, design, structure, security, traffic, SEO, PPC, UX, promotions, email marketing, conversion etc.Environmental, sustainability and waste issues / challenges focused.I know it's easily said but we really are the experts in washroom products, it's what the company was built on, giving the best advice online and offline.
