-Analyzing and optimizing business processes for our global business units, in close collaboration with decentral teams across the world-Guide project activities and review deliverables as applicable.-Influences and negotiates project outcomes, often across multiple functions. -Prepares and presents analysis, insights and recommendations to assist defined governance forums and senior client stakeholders with decision making-Prepare and maintain projects and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports.-Maintain focus so that projects deliver on key priorities and dependencies and are managed to realize business benefits to agreed timelines-Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference.-Identify and advise on project level decisions that influence significant project direction and escalate decisions that cannot be resolved to the agreed governance forums-Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings, collaborate effectively with project stakeholders in Waterfall or Agile or hybrid delivery environments.-Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure that delivered systems/solutions are implemented within these criteria.-Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors.
