Program included annual capital and budgeting planning cycles, re-forecasting, portfolio evaluation and prioritization, monthly and quarterly reporting and integration into each regions operations management processes. Continued to the establishment of corporate and functional Scorecards that reinforced and measured success against the corporate strategy and objectives. • Established the Program Management processes at the initiation of a greenfield SAP ERP $200 MM implementation, with an independent E&P company that had never had an integrated IT system. Comprehensive program selected the critical vendors, established the program’s governance requirements and structure, resource (internal and external) selection and on-boarding, and high level and detailed project management. Client maintained Program Management Office responsibilities and processes allowed for effective integrated management of the 5 different major suppliers.• Reengineered oil and gas production management processes, institutionalizing attention and accountability for individual performance to the well level for independent Gulf of Mexico producer.
