CurrentSystems Engineering and Technical Assistance to the Space-Based Positioning, Navigation and Timing National Coordination Office. The NCO is the Secretariat for the National Space Based PNT Executive Committee which "advise[s] and coordinate[s] with and among the Departments and Agencies responsible for the strategic decisions regarding policies, architectures, requirements, and resource allocation for maintaining and improving U.S. space-based positioning, navigation, and timing infrastructures, including the Global Positioning System, its augmentations, security for these services, and relationships with foreign positioning, navigation, and timing services."ION GNSS+ 2013 Session Co-Chair. Member of the US Delegation to ICG since 2012. Participated as member of historic first US - China Bilateral meetings on GNSS Cooperation. Acting Co-chair of international working group on Interference Detection and Mitigation and Spectrum Protection.Spectrum Sharing; GPS Interference Detection and Mitigation / Critical Infrastructure Protection; US Delegation to United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), International Committee on Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS).
