I am an experienced senior transformation and change leader with experience of designing and implementing large-scale change within the IT and technology functions of organisations across multiple industries including retail, financial services, central and local government, telco and broadcast. I'm at my best when asked to take on something difficult or recover a struggling / failing endeavour.In recent years I have alternated between programme/project delivery roles and acting as Client Delivery Lead for our consulting teams on large accounts, responsible for coaching and developing our team and ensuring we meet our client's needs and expectations, as well as advising and guiding our clients with their business problems.
