I Develop and maintain documentation such as service manuals, user guides, installation guides and kit instructions. My Primary Product lines include: Sterilizers, Compressors and Vacuums I also assist with Animal Health and Dental product lines. I Create scripts, shoot and edit service video's using Premier Pro. I Use IsoDraw to create line art, InDesin and Madcap Flare to create online and printed documents.

Worked with internal and external customers to so solve issues for the dental, animal health, sterilizer and air and vacuum markets. Produced service training material and taught classes on the air and vacuum product lines.

Increased customer satisfaction by: Implementing customized training programs, and being the corporate training contact for all customers. Working closely with the largest customers on various training projects (i.e., Wal-mart, Target, Lowe’s).Generated revenue by: Creating the Demonstrated Performance service training Start-Up program, and releasing it to the dealer network. Utilizing software & other tools (i.e., Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Visio, digital SLR cameras, video cameras, and lighting) to create training modules, course maps, and additional resource material designed to provide technicians with hands-on practical application of desired skills. Facilitating Crown’s Demonstrated Performance Service Training classes, and updating, coordinating, and facilitating the Demonstrated Performance Train the Trainer program. Improved productivity through: Instruction of Quick Start program, designed to reduce timeframe for new technicians to achieve desired billing level from 2 years to 6 months. Approximately 300 participants each year throughout 7 regional sites, since 2006. Improved corporate image by: Revising and updating the Customer Care training program to include multiple job categories (e.g., coordinators, dispatchers) throughout a region of 47 branch locations. technical material and various skills to technicians.
