I Develop and maintain documentation such as service manuals, user guides, installation guides and kit instructions. My Primary Product lines include: Sterilizers, Compressors and Vacuums I also assist with Animal Health and Dental product lines. I Create scripts, shoot and edit service video's using Premier Pro. I Use IsoDraw to create line art, InDesin.

Worked with internal and external customers to so solve issues for the dental, animal health, sterilizer and air and vacuum markets. Produced service training material and taught classes on the air and vacuum product lines.
