2020 - Collaborated with University of Philippines in Mindanao and Dilliman along with Accenture to develop a Digital Citizen Science Training Program for Data Surveyors in the BARMM and Bukidnon.2019 - Successfully bid and won DICT Free Wifi Managed Services Contracts in Region 10 (Caraga) and Region 12j/BARMM. Completed installations in Region 10 while Region 12/BARMM are still on going.2018-19 - Through Grass Roots Development built a network of up to 132 Mayors and Governors mostly in the Mindanao and VIsayas Region.2018 - Founded for the vendor selection and research and development for enabling Community Internet Service Providers with Local Government Units and Ecozones. Ultimate goal is to make the internet a utility like water and power controlled, owned and maintained by the people in the Philippines to improve sustainability of service and access as well as reduce costs.

Primary focus is Emerging Market Nations and Commercial Partners focused on Sustainable Economic Development for growth and peace.2017-2018 - Developed Grass Roots Organization and Platform for LGUs and Electric Cooperatives which is now known as Community Wireless and Power Corporation exclusive supplier to the Asia Pacific Region.2017 Transferred business to the Philippines. Incubated at USTP's CDO Bites. Volunteered to assist in capaciating the instructors and advising fellow incubating startups, even leading the drafting of CDO Bites Implementing Rules and Regulations.2004 - 2017 Founded in 2004 under the name of Sheer Networks focused on aggregating the infrastructure needs of the evolving Native American Tribes from an Incubator located in Tacoma, Washington. Offices were across from the Puyallup Tribal Nation known as the Native Rights mavericks who pushed for the landmark Boalt Decision. We worked hard for 5 years learning Indian Country before launching a new brand specifically tailored to Tribes known as Tribalinx in 2009 with our Native President Tony Herrera.

Was hired on to redesign the markets second fastest growing cloud based voice to text and HIPAA compliant SaaS Platform. Having led the emergence of Vianeta successfully into several large health systems and mass adoption by medical transcription providers internationally. I steered MedRemote into relationships with Broadlane to assist hospitals against rampant overcharging and three evolution of more indepth and automated line counting by using black characters versus the standard 65 character line. Hospitals and MedRemote benefitted by reducing erroneous billing and led to a mass adoption as well as the companies acquisition by Scansoft which ultimatley was renamed "Nuance Communications".
