During the initial COVID-19 lockdowns living in Los Angeles I turned my focus to personal growth. While working Full-Time as a Senior Revenue Analyst, I refreshed my SQL knowledge and taught myself how to use Alteryx during my downtime so that I could put it into practice at work. Experiencing how powerful and useful these tools were sparked my desire for deeper learning in business analytics. I ended up falling in love with Southern Methodist University's Master of Science in Business Analytics program and graduated Salutatorian of my class. I also enjoy working with people are engaging them to solve problems, so I joined the Collegiate Consulting Academy during my time at SMU. I combined my analytical skillset and business background with new knowledge from hands on projects and coursework like: Business Analytics Consulting, Applied Predictive Analytics, and Data Visualization and Communication.I have been fortunate enough to use this combination of skills and knowledge client facing at Infosys Consulting as a Business Consultant in Artificial Intelligence & Automation, as well as at Ally Bank as a Senior Analyst in Advanced Business Analytics. In both roles I've heavily engaged in consulting type roles driving strategy through data analytics and working cross functionally and getting buy in from leadership across the organization.
