I am a former US Army officer (captain, O3), currently employed in the transportation industry, and currently reside near Kansas City, MO.I hold a Class A CDL with endorsements for doubles/triples, tankers and hazardous materials. I also hold an active TWIC and U.S. Passport. I attended and graduated from the CDL School in Miami, FL (Master Tractor-Trailer Driver Program). I currently have more than 6 years of Class A commercial driving experience - driving semi tractor trailers and hauling a variety of trailers from 48' flatbed to 53' dry van and refer trailers, as well as rail-yard containers, doubles, and soft-side flatbed/trailers. I also have experience operating a “donkey” forklift with flatbed, as well as experience operating a forklift in a warehouse. I have also served in an expanded duty as a member of my company safety committee, and in this committee I represented my company’s operations department as the only driver on the committee. Outside of my professional life, I have a deep passion for fitness. I love Obstacle Course Racing (Spartan, etc), foot racing (anything from 5k fun run to ultra-marathons), rucking races and endurance events (Bataan Memorial Death March, GORUCK, Burden Co. Ops), and even triathlons.
