My role with RUC has been to provide guidance and support in the development and implementation of RUC’s indicative and preventative maintenance strategies. Conducting forensic analysis of historical equipment data to develop KPI’s for re-useability guidelines suited to RUC’s conventional mining fleet and in-house manufactured raise drilling and vertical excavation equipment. Establishing programs co-ordinating maintenance activities, ensuing compliance to industry and global standards, promoting a positive safety culture, and ensuring that the usage and application of resources are suited and both cost and performance effective.
