The journey: Whilst completing my degree and starting with a single technician in a van, I developed and spearheaded implementing a new company infrastructure and business model for current operations. Restored the company to profitability in 2007, following over a year of High Court litigation and fighting patent infringement. Developed new award winning products, service models, a global supply chain, ring-fenced IP and co-ordinated a group re-brand by 2008.Established the Company and its overseas subsidiaries, including its distribution channel network in over 45 countries. Co-Founder in establishing of the Groups International Offices, either through joint ventures or acquisition. Group brands include VERTECO, PERRYMAC, WATERFREE and SANICUS, forming our four key pillars. Besides full P&L responsibility for the U.K & Ireland, activities include overseeing and being on the Executive Board of the Groups Subsidiaries in Australia, Germany, South Africa, the UAE and the USA. Highly commended in IODs Director of the year awards in 2019. Also been a guest speaker at major International conferences and have written standards that will help shape tomorrow's water efficient infrastructure worldwide. Between 2007-2021, have been strategically responsible for continuous profitable growth of between 38.8 - 51.5% per annum. The majority of which was achieved through challenging market conditions. In terms of positioning and vision, WhiffAway Group is and remains a global market leader in its core categories of interest. The Group has a detailed roadmap of entering more emerging markets and diversifying into new specialised product and service lines by making focussed investments in the coming years.

SolarFluidics is a (patent pending) solar thermal photon harvester.The construction of the collectors are a composite of carbon nanoparticles which enable solar harvesting with efficiencies up to 80 percent (field tested to be capable of producing 800-1,000 watt per 1m² )Harvested light is converted into heat by the nanoparticles, the heat is transferred into water by a heat exchanger on the back of each panel.The panels or cells are modular, but can be connected together to adapt the collection area to any desired power output.This technology provides 4x more power than photovoltaics and can be manufactured at 1/5th of the cost (1 TWh per year for less than $15m)Applications include:* THERMAL POWER for residential, commercial, and industrial - contribute to or replace existing hot water systems* AIR CONDITIONING - adding energy to contribute or replace electrical AC systems* DESALINATION - adding energy to existing process to improve efficiency or replace where other heat or power source not available (there are 300+ in this region alone)* ELECTRICAL ENERGY - adding energy to electrical power production by supplying hot water for feed water (DUBAL Aluminium Plant uses 5% of all UAE electricity)* PATHOGEN NEUTRALISATION - preparing water to be safe for drinking (elimination of protozoal, parasitic, bacterial, viral, and algal)SolarFluidics is environmentally friendly to produce, is made from fundamental earth elements and is 100% recyclable. Founded in 2011, PerryMac is a fast moving developmental company with global reach, specialising in biological solutions, hygiene treatments, additives and antibacterial products. Innovative solutions are supplied to over 15 countries through selected distribution channels and turnkey projects are delivered through a nationwide network of trained installation and service technicians. In 2018, WhiffAway Group aquired a majority stake in the company. PerryMac are pioneers and inventors of recognised innovations, including ActiveBlue, ActiveSoap, Safeguard and BinFresh.

Waterfree was established in April 2011 with the aim of becoming the world leader in waterfree urinals and delivering both sustainable and cost effective solutions to wasteful water consumption.In the short, two university friends tired of the corporate world, with as much passion for water and energy conservation as myself. Moreover, wanting to be proactively involved in establishing our technologies worldwide. Another very exciting road ahead with this venture.

I & I Developments Ltd is a dynamic innovation company, which specialises in acquiring and developing inventions that have global sales potential. Further key activities include product design and testing, optimising the intellectual property prior to point of manufacture and managing the finished goods supply chain.Following key milestones being achieved, a preferential exit from the venture was completed in October 2021.

A market leading manufacturer of micro-encapsulation, nano technology and creating a unique scentsory experiance in public and commercial spaces.Successfully established the company and sold my stake back to Celessence Technologies in August 2011.
