I am searching every day for the definition of "Success". The word may continue to evolve over the short term and may grow to have an even more variable definition in the long run. I am very happy to chase something I may never end up finding, because sometimes the journey is just as important as the destination. I firmly believe you cannot be satisfied by success in and of itself, for it should always push you to be better than you are today. I live my life by that example every day, so I can push myself to be better tomorrow, be it physically or mentally. I continuously work on strengthening my skills and my abilities in every situation with which I am presented so that when tomorrow comes I will be ready to succeed. I am looking for a career where I can be a part of something bigger than just myself and bigger than just a paycheck. I want to get back as much as I put in so I can advance my skills and always be challenged by new situations and places. Companies, now more than ever, are looking for teammates and team members that not only will mold to corporate culture but also can effectively get results and reach goals. I believe I am a strong enough leader to push through the hard times while still helping those that struggle. Being a leader also means having to obey the orders of my superiors for the good of the company as well as setting that example for my colleagues.
