Leading the Global Service Line for End User Experience at Capgemini.

Within Atos Tech Foundations, James was accountable for the implementation and success of the Global Digital Workplace Strategy, including Portfolio, Presales and Growth, CTO and Engineering, Alliances and Analyst Relations/Position Globally.

As part of the new organization structure within Atos James was responsible for the implementation of the Global Digital Workplace Practice model and establishing and running the end to end Global Delivery Practice for Digital Workplace Services (c12,000 staff globally), focusing on sales and top line growth as well as operational transformation and bottom line savings. The role included ensuring leading positions with industry analysts, global innovation, R&D and portfolio development, as well as acting as exec sponsor on key DWP accounts.

Head of the Atos Digital Workplace. A group wide initiative and one of the four pillars of the Atos Digital Transformation Factory strategy, driving growth as part of the latest 3 year plan for Atos (2016-19). Globally responsible for the Digital Workplace Service strategic offering, strategy and innovation at Atos, with accountability for the delivery of the strategic growth plan including revenue growth, order entry, strategy and analyst position targets. Responsible for sales/go to market strategy, including early engagement and evangelism with global customers.

I am the Domain Director for Workplace Services outsourcing offering, in Atos Global Managed Services. Responsible for a team of product managers focused on developing innovative workplace services for enterprise customers. Responsible for solution development, pricing and positioning of services. Scope of role includes driving solution development and rollout, current examples include Digital Workplace offering, consumerisation (BYO) services, cloud based workplace offerings for messaging, collaboration and virtual desktop services and mobile management services. Responsible for Atos workplace services positioning and submissions to analysts, and regular customers facing activities, up to and including CxO level.This period in role has also included working on numerous portfolio integration projects, first Siemens IT Services and more recently Xerox ITO & Unify, as Atos has transformed into the IT service leader it is today
