Developed and redesigned the enterprise disaster recovery procedure. Revised and developed new preventative maintenance policies and procedures. Monitored, tested, and maintained the network security and VPN solutions including Cisco Secure PIX, Cisco Secure Intrusion Detection, HP Openview, and NAI Sniffer. We would document the current environment while the common requirements vision was being defined. The common requirements vision and the gap analysis became our business case for each of the new projects. This ongoing process would be then used by the client for future strategic planning.
