I am a highly motivated team player who always strives for continuous improvement. I started working for Georgia Nut Company (GNC) in 2020 and quickly propelled myself. In a constant state of wanting to learn, I have held three advancing positions at GNC, starting as a production operator running machines on the floor. I was quickly promoted to a Kaizen/Sanitation Lead, a position in which I optimized changeover efficiency, discovered investment and improvement opportunities, and implemented and documented trainings. Most recently as Second Shift Production Supervisor. Within my three years at GNC, one of my priorities was Redzone, an efficiency tracking app. Redzone provides real-time data about the quantity and quality of product produced, the maintenance of work centers, and the importance of food safety and continuous learning. In 2022, my team won Redzone Plant of the Year Finalist and I was nominated for Redzone Frontline Worker of the Year . I also took independent courses through Deibel Laboratories in Food Sanitation and Microbiology in Food Manufacturing.
