I am passionate about solving challenges. These days my main challenges are resolving the needs of SHL Medical's customers, some of whom are the world's most recognized Pharma & Biotech companies. I work together with team members across many functions, e.g. project management, product management, design, manufacturing, legal, marketing, regulatory, QA, C-levels, etc. We focus on customer needs whether it's about products in development or in the market. Everyday brings new challenges to face, so it's never a dull routine.It's great to work together with people who have experience working on many products. Some products become commercial success and some do not. Regardless, they each had to be designed and developed to be safe, effective, user-friendly, and perform well to pass the rigors of regulatory review. There is always a patient intended to receive it, so it also must be cost-effective and demonstrate real value.I look forward to supporting tomorrow's innovative commercial successes. There are so many increasing trends going on in Healthcare like the Paris Accords, connected health, aging populations, biologics, etc. that there will plenty of interesting challenges to come.
