JIm Menoutis has broad experience in analytical chemistry supporting clinical, pharmaceutical, nutritional supplements, toxicology, health, safety and contract research and testing industries. He has held various analytical, research, regulatory, supervisory, director and management positions, including C level. He has developed several analytical method for several monographs in the US Pharmacopiea. In addition, early in his career as a "newly minted" Ph.D., he was group leader of the team that validated the then proposed EPA 600 series organic Priority Pollutant Analytical Methods.Jim Menoutis has been involved with method development/validation, CMS support, support for regulatory filing, compendial methods, QA, regulatory affairs, development of SOPS and analytical methods. He has an extensive background and experience with modern analytical techniques, GC, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, AAS (flame and graphite furnace), ICP-AES, ICP-MS and much more. And, has an excellent knowledge of cGMPs, QMS, GLPs, ICH, and ISO 17025 requirements. JIm Menoutis, is also a Lt Colonel in the United States Air Force Auxiliary. He has extensive training in leadership and training in emergency management through FEMA's Emergency Management Institute.
