Case Manager
Current- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, offering knowledgeable and empathetic assistance through the Iovance Cell Therapy call center.
- Independently manage and oversee patient cases from registration to post-infusion, ensuring seamless coordination and escalation of cases when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams at treatment centers, including Nurse Navigators, Financial Administrators, and Social Workers, to optimize patient care.
- Foster seamless partnership with Iovance cross-functional teams to address patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider needs promptly and effectively.
- Communicate critical case-related information clearly and empathetically to manage expectations and ensure informed decision-making by all parties involved.
- Complete comprehensive training and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Iovance Cell Therapy Hub technology and processes, including Case Management system and Customer Portal.
