Case Manager
Current• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, offering knowledgeable and empathetic assistance through the Iovance Cell Therapy call center.• Independently manage and oversee patient cases from registration to post-infusion, ensuring seamless coordination and escalation of cases when necessary.• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams at treatment centers, including Nurse Navigators, Financial Administrators, and Social Workers, to optimize patient care.• Foster seamless partnership with Iovance cross-functional teams to address patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider needs promptly and effectively.• Communicate critical case-related information clearly and empathetically to manage expectations and ensure informed decision-making by all parties involved.• Complete comprehensive training and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Iovance Cell Therapy Hub technology and processes, including Case Management system and Customer Portal.• Provide support for AMTAGVI (lifileucel) launch activities, including site onboarding, to ensure successful implementation.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions to enhance the patient care experience.• Stay abreast of Iovance Cell Therapy Hub objectives, regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and confidentiality protocols to maintain compliance.• Demonstrate genuine passion for patient care and uphold Iovance and Iovance Cell Therapy Hub values in all aspects of daily work performance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
