Theatre Security Officer (Contracted By Pulse)
Current•Ensuring that all company premises are securely maintained and resolving any security issues that arise on a daily basis•Meeting and greeting the actors, visitors and staff at the stage door reception area and foyer•Providing administrative support to the Head of Sales and Customer Service, the Artistic Director and Visitor Services Coordinator to ensure the effective running of daily operations and theatrical performances•Distributing post, organising courier collections and booking taxis for actors, visitors and staff•Booking meeting rooms, rehearsal space and training sessions using the in-house system •Managing the switch board by answering and redirecting calls to relevant departments•Operating and checking the CCTV cameras, recording any antisocial behaviour and providing daily detailed reports to the Head of Sales and Customer Service, Visitor Services Coordinator and An Garda Síochána•Monitoring the fire panel, completing fire inspection reports and coordinating fire drills and emergency evacuations•Providing First Aid assistance and ensuring that all staff adhere to health and safety procedures•Completing security checks and locking up the premises after close of business for the Peacock Theatre, Abbey Theatre, FBC Building, Team Building and Annex Building
