About James M. Hunter, Phd

For over 20 years, I have worked with institutions to identify and implement practices and principles that help them thrive in the traditional and online education markets. As the Executive Vice President for Business Development and Chief Academic Officer for Emerge Education, I oversee all activities related to growing Emerge’s services and solutions. I also provide higher education institutions with personal consulting services that helps them develop plans and programs to increase market share, enrollment, and revenue. I also assist institutions to implement new education technologies that keep the institution on the forefront of education.In less than three years, I have helped Emerge Education grow from three employees to 35. We have supported more than 1,000 students and 50 institutions, and have grown our business to offer more than 25 higher education services and solutions.
