- Engage with Senior Leadership at Picatinny Arsenal, Army Staff at the Pentagon, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense to participate and assist with drafting programmatic documentation of assigned PD JS Projects regarding technologies, concepts, and/or systems in the investigation of relevant technologies and solutions with application to requirements. - Perform strategic planning budget analysis, research analysis and technical assistance in support of PD JS programs including workload modeling, fact finding and efficiency studies.- Participate in technical meetings, reviews and discussions.- Track internal and external suspenses and/or taskers routed through the PD JS.- Compile, organize, analyze and report program information in compliance with JPEO A&A requirements.- Attend and prepare minutes for staff/Integrated Project Team meetings, teleconferences and meetings with industry and other organizations. Assist in managing cost, schedule, performance for munitions Science and Technology (S&T) projects and production support valued at $450 million annually. Applies military operational and acquisition experience to inform munitions and Explosive Ordnance Disposal modernization efforts and lifecycle engineering support focused on the Army 6 modernization priorities and corresponding with Cross Functional Teams (CFT). Army Futures Command S&T efforts include Extended Range Cannon Artillery (ERCA), Hypervelocity Projectile (HVP), cross-domain Fires, Army Combat Vehicle Modernization Strategy (CVMS), Dual-Purpose Improved Conventional Munition (DPICM) replacement, Terrain Shaping Obstacles (TSO), smart munitions, and Next Generation Squad Automatic Weapon. Leads senior leader engagements and S&T support to TRADOC Centers of Excellence, Program Executive Offices, Joint Services, and Combatant Commands for munition technology initiatives including the Army's interface with the Navy Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Division. Serves as acting CCDC Armaments Deputy as required.

Assistant Product Manager (APM) Remote Weapons Stations (RWS), Program Manager Soldier Lethality responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of the Army's $4 Billion current and future ACAT IC RWS programs. Primary responsibility is Product Director of the $94 Million Low Profile Common Remotely Operated Weapons Station (CROWS) for the M1A2 Abrams, as well as test, production and fielding of the Program of Record M153 CROWS. Leads 40 technical and support personnel responsible for detailed planning, budgeting, testing, supportability, and safety verifications of M153 CROWS Product improvements which include the M1A2 Low Profile CROWS, Containerized Weapons Station, Escalation of Force Kit and 360 degree situational awareness kit. Coordinates system life cycle management with officers from Headquarters Department of the Army and U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command. Works directly with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command(TRADOC) Maneuver Center of Excellence, Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, Army Test and Evaluation Command, Special Operations Command, and Joint services to provide customer support and requirement refinement.

Armaments Systems Manager for the Combating Terrorism Technology Team (CTTT), U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments. Responsible for managing and integrating all phases of research, development, engineering, cost, schedule, and performance relating to acquisition and fielding of new material solutions to meet the Warfighter’s requirements. Quickly developing material solutions to answer OND and OEF identified technology gaps for the US Army and Joint forces. Responsible for assisting the Director, CTTT, in planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of Warfighter projects and support. Represent CTTT and ARDEC at Joint IED Defeat Organization and RDECOM meetings. Supports and interacts with deployed units to ensure that the latest capabilities are available to the Warfighter and ARDEC is positioned to provide material solutions to defeat emerging and future threats. Deploys as a science and technology advisor when required.
