Billing dept oversight and ad-hoc projects• Directed all functional A/R and collections at ATB Law with a staff of five. • Evaluated and recommended a software solution which would completely replace and upgrade ATB’s receivables, accounting, and time management. • Created SQL driven dashboard of billing information for attorneys that reduced billing deductions from major clients.
