My position was required to lead daily Google Hangout calls to review Agile-Jira tickets, a project management tool used to track and manage software development and tasks regarding the main objective of the project. Besides Jira and Google Hangout, I became familiar with Allgress, Alfresco, Pearson-one Confluence, and Smartsheet.
