I worked collaboratively with GMs and ‘Head Ofs’ across the Copper business, managing all stakeholder relationships, and communicating recommendations ahead of time to test solutions and manage internal expectations.• Treasury: Led the composite APS / consulting team that optimised foreign investment application processes and reduced recommendation timelines to the legislated requirements. I reported to the Deputy Secretary – Corporate and Foreign Investment Group, Treasury and managed EL2, EL1, APS staff, and consultants. I engaged with the Treasurer’s Office and FIRB to recommend, and gain approval of, changes. I also engaged with other Government Departments to influence resourcing levels.• Treasury: Led the team (reported to the Deputy Secretary – Corporate and Foreign Investment Group, Treasury and acted at SESB1 level) that conducted the organisation transformation of the People and Organisational Strategy Branch. I communicated policy recommendation to the Deputy Secretary (in the absence of the Branch Head) and managed EL2 and below expectations and performance requirements in transforming the Branch.
