Starting in the Manhattan office of a preeminent IP law firm in 2001 and moving to Delaware in 2004, Jim's legal career focused on securing and enforcing patent and other IP rights and defending those wrongfully accused of infringement, in cases across the United States, with an emphasis in Delaware.
