Working collaboratively I have played a vital role in creating our business strategy.As a leader I pride myself on coaching, challenging and inspiring my team to be successful in their roles and to surpass KPI's as outlined by the business and myself. KPI's include securing leads for mortgages, insurance and sales on our Police Mutual ISA. As a mutual we still have to think and act commercially so our members can benefit from any surplus we make as an organisation.

As a Wellness Advisor I provided members and visitors to the club with a valuable service. I offered my advice around nutrition and training. I was responsible for providing members with inductions and reviewing their individual plans and goals on at least a monthly basis. I took pride in my health and fitness and made sure I practised what I preached.Customer service was a main focus of the club and we retained high volume of members due to the hard work of all the staff.I also had my own classes, Spin, golf stretch and Metafit which I did on a weekly basis.

As a Substance Misuse practitioner I provided psycho-social interventions for people with Drug Addictions predominantly Heroin. I managed a caseload of over 60 clients who I supported through their addiction. I was also responsible for drug screening my clients and attending child protection hearings. I worked with the consultants to decide on the correct dose of methadone we should give our clients. I found the role very challenging and very rewarding and thoroughly enjoyed my time working for the NHS.Prior to this I worked for the same trust as an Assistant Practitioner helping and supporting clients with eating disorders. This included supporting clients at meal times, taking blood pressures, taking blood and many other responsibilities. Again I was a key worker for a number of clients on the ward and would work with clients and consultants to put together care plans in order to help with their recovery.
