Assesses the effectiveness of various operations and program initiatives. Manages personnel, environmental, and administrative functions promotingorganizational well-being. Leadership of ~70 employees and ~300 students during COVID-19 pandemic and recovery. Oversaw health and safety protocols, distance learning adjustments, and return to in-person learning and community events to keep the school community connected and engaged. Deployed new systems for school safety responses for campus-wide security building procedures and processes. Focused on office function centralizing admissions program, deploying a new website, marketing materials, and student information systems.

Facilitated integration of support for school administrators via the merger with the Montessori Administrators Association.

Cutting edge, college prep high school responsive to adolescent development and offering the IB Diploma Program. Led program and curriculum development, faculty cultivation, student recruitment, campus planning, and local business and non-profit partnerships.The Post Oak High School serves students in grades 9 to 12 in the heart of the Houston Museum District. The college-prep school offers the IB Diploma Program and facilitates partnerships with local museums and other organizations to provide opportunities for students to engage in real-world work in the wider society.
