Worked as a Support Software Engineer for Passliogix. Partnered with IBM, RSA, and Oracle who were using Passlogix as an OEM supplier. Supported both Oracle and IBM support customers as well as Passlogix's own customer list. Interfaced the Software with Active Directory, Active Directory Application Mode(ADAM), Identity manager, MS-SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.

Worked as a Technical Support Agent for TippingPoint. Tippingpoint was acquired by 3Com during my employment. Supported a wide array of clients from Godaddy to the Department of Defense. Helped to troubleshoot appliance/network issues as well as debug Filter level issues. Got Certified on Tippingpoint UCS and IPS Appliances as well as the X-Series.

VP of Creative Communications LLC broke off and started this business, I went with him to provide IT Support. Could not work both places due to conflict of interest. Setup everything from scratch, N.A.C.T. Switches, Call reporting/control systems, Windows 2003 Environment, Windows XP Workstations, AltigenPBX, Microsoft Exchange and External Domain.

Company paid to obtain CCNA and MCP, Upgraded the company from NT4.0 to Windows 2000 for the servers and Windows 98SE to WindowsXP for the Workstations. Managed N.A.C.T. Equipment for the Point of Sale Calling Card side of the business which included experience with Red Hat Linux, MySQL Database, Least call Routing control and Call Cost Reporting.
