Led the development of in house IT systems and their architecture, and also iPhone applications to support our growing business needs.Some key achievements during my time as CEO include launching business initiatives in Africa and Central America, closing deals of over $20M USD with prominent clients, and improving the company's financial performance through strategic planning and execution. A mining company specializing in the excavation, refinement, and procurement of rare earth metals, I was brought in as part of a corporate turnaround project. Upon arrival, I was faced with a struggling agitation plant due to bad planning, lack of local partnerships, and mining expertise.I immediately took action by changing the old management team for a new one and reinvigorated the failing project growing to a team of more than 60 individuals. We developed a mining extraction process and expertise from scratch together with our research team at 9 Dots, and then later expanded the project by constructing a brand new mining heap leaching plant according to global standards, which is now operational.Through my leadership and vision, we were able to bring back a failing project that was bleeding capital at a rate of over $300,000 per year, which had lost almost all of its employees from the brink of failure. I spearheaded several key initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall performance of the company.Some key achievements during my time as CEO include implementing new mining technologies that significantly improved productivity and profitability, securing major contracts with leading industry players, and now we are on track to achieve over USD 5M in revenue in 2023.I am proud to have played a critical role in the corporate turnaround of Nobumex, and to have positioned the company as a respected player in the mining industry and I look forward to my continued partnership with the team.

I played a critical role in the merger between AIU Japan and Fuji Fire and Marine Insurance in Japan. I worked on mapping the business processes and IT systems of both companies to determine which team would be more effectively implemented into the new company, AIG Japan Holdings KK.My responsibilities included leading a team of professionals to develop project plans, gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery. Through my leadership and expertise, we were able to successfully identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team and develop a plan that ensured a seamless transition to the new company.

I played an important function for the change management division through mapping the architecture of the IT systems within American Home Insurance, also in Japan. My responsibilities included analyzing and designing IT systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.Through my expertise in enterprise architecture, development operations, and data architecture, we were able to develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT systems and processes within American Home Insurance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce costs.During my time at AIG, I also assisted in the planning, requirements gathering, and implementation of Japan's My Number system across all business units within AIG Japan. As an IT Assistant at Wieden + Kennedy, an international advertising agency, I was responsible for handling day-to-day server updates, managing IT inventory, and setting up and updating company computers remotely.My responsibilities also included mapping company server ports to their respective locations in the company, dealing with data storage vendors to ensure the safety of company data, and documenting business processes and company standard IT practices.
