Negotiated the contract with 3rd parties, generated 180k signups within 2 days, on track to bring in $x0m in net new revenue in year 1- Scaled shopping marketplace to $2.5b in GMV for FY21 in attributable spend (22% of entire business, up from 8%) Jack Dorsey claimed in Block’s Q3 FY21 earnings this was the main reason why Block had agreed to acquire Afterpay- Increased merchant monthly referrals by 60% (on top of organic growth) by introducing a re-design, improved finding & filtering, ML personalisation & merchandising, in-app browser, deal notifications, wish-listing (with first-to-market budgeting experience) & a product/content focused shopping (from a simple store listing directory)- Conceived, developed & launched Pulse, a first-to-market consumer loyalty program taken to market in <5 weeks. Now has 6m+ opt ins and increased 12 month frequency by $600m in GMV in FY20. Featured in FY20 earnings call- Launched a re-platformed & re-designed web experience onto a headless CMS with front end editor to reduce avg. new experiment time from 2 weeks to <1 day. Also enabled native app experiences through the new CMS, increasing click to order conversion by 10%. Led contract negotiations and final decision maker for tooling budget of $500k per year- Conceived, developed & launched Afterpay’s first refer a friend program. Increased net new sign ups by 20k per month- Developed ability for consumers to re-schedule upcoming payments for free.
