I started my career in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) in 1998 and would be recognised as an expert in the Dublin Office Market. I also frequently advise on Rent Reviews where I use my "real-time" market experience to help occupiers mitigate rental increases. In addition, I am a Registered Valuer and member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).I am a regular commentator on the Office Market. I love sharing my opinions which always reflect the reality of what is happening at the time (good/bad/indifferent) and being independent, I can offer a non-bias view.
