I am the MD @ Murphy Mulhall and work with the team here helping occupiers and clients with commercial real estate matters (Tenant Rep). I started my career in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) in 1998 and would be recognised as an expert in the Dublin Office Market. I also frequently advise on Rent Reviews where I use my "real-time" market experience to help occupiers mitigate rental increases. In addition, I am a Registered Valuer and member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).I am a regular commentator on the Office Market. I love sharing my opinions which always reflect the reality of what is happening at the time (good/bad/indifferent) and being independent, I can offer a non-bias view. No towing the line allowed!I am proud of our formal affiliation with leading UK practice - Gerald Eve LLP - an independent partnership with 550 staff across nine strategically placed UK offices. I am a Board Member of the European Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) - the world's most powerful Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Broker network. There are 3,460 members across 42 countries.In my spare time, I coach my daughter's GAA Team and enjoy watching my sons play their various sports.
