Through my experience and original PA research I understand how to make Agile change effective and how to make it stick. My PA clients include many well known organisations including FTSE 100, financial services, global logistics, higher education, defence, health and public sector. I am helping implement new agile enabled operating models and assuring large scale technology/digital delivery programmes. I am a board level business and technology leader with over 25 years experience transforming digital and technology teams. I have a broad perspective with leadership experience across multiple sectors including financial services, hospitality, charity and public sector including leadership roles in complex international organisations. I am member of the PA Consulting Global Agile Consulting leadership team and PA's Global Transport leadership team leading large scale agile programme delivery, agile transformation and operating model design. I also lead digital programme delivery and delivery assurance. I am an interim CIO through PA with recent divisional CIO experience at a large UK building society. Previously as a CIO, I have delivered £100m+ digital and technology programmes, managed budgets of £70m/year, built award winning new technology services, built large scale machine learning data services, managed £60m/year revenue generating e-commerce platforms, and managed teams of over 300. I pioneered the first use of Amazon Web Services in UK Government at scale for the national MOT service; reducing running costs by 50%. grew multi-cloud usage for UCAS in across Azure and AWS. Deployed apps to enforcement teams in DVSA utilising ANPR data built with in-house teams radically improving targeting and processing times. I am included in the UK CIO 100 in 2017, 2018 and 2019. I am winner of the InformationAge, 2018 Transformation Leader of the Year award.
