James joined the firm in November of 2007 upon graduating from Jacksonville University with a degree in Marketing. He played baseball for Jacksonville University and help lead the team to NCAA Regionals in 2001, 2003, and 2006. Upon completion of his degree and baseball career, James moved back to Memphis and began his recruiting career with Gateway Group Personnel. James works with clients in all industries and helps candidates locate career opportunities from staff accountants to CFO’s. Although his primary focus is placing Accounting and Finance professionals, he also recruits professionals in Human Resource, Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations Management disciplines. James has developed an expert understanding of the importance of effective career management, matching your professional experience with top employers. Along with supporting University of Memphis athletic teams, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
