Most associates have commended me for being highly intuitive and able to focus in challenging circumstances to develop creative designs and solutions. Paired with a growth mindset, my charisma, influential communication strategies, and task-oriented approach have continually helped to lead engineering teams to exceed expectations in 76% of undertaken projects within 90% of the allocated time and budget.I am proficient in Highway Geometric design with a technical understanding and application of the Standard Road Design Manuals to come up with structurally sound, safe economical, and sustainable infrastructure projects.I am highly skilled use the Autodesk AEC Collection suite and BIM Workflow which I consider tools to manifest my creativity and innovation to provide value and pioneer breakthrough sustainable solutions in the built environment.I believe that our young professionals can re-engineer the built environment sector by re-engineering themselves- their skillset, talents, technology, and BIM.
