Responsible for a book of business that covered 10 regions and was in excess of $14M in written premium. Responsible for new business production as well as renewal business, with an overall goal of growing a profitable book of business.Top new business producer in Financial Institutions management liability in 2013, 2014 and 2015 with about $6M generated between the three years combined. Major products worked with: D&O, E&O, Fund Liability, EPL, Fiduciary, and various fidelity bonds.

The program is three years in length and consists of three one-year rotations in different areas of finance at the company. For my three years I spent time in: Field Management Finance, Claim Finance, and Bond & Financial Products Underwriting.Rotation 1: Field Management Finance - 6/2008 - 6/2009 (Hartford, CT)Responsible for the design and implementation of the Fixed, Value-Based compensation factor model for Business Insurance agents across the country. These factors determine the profit-sharing payouts to each agency at year-end. The model aimed to balance various factors (such as loss ratios, premiums, growth, etc.) and apply a uniform methodology to calculate factors that would reward the efforts of our independent agents and encourage future growth.Rotation 2: Claim Finance - 6/2009 - 7/2010 (Hartford, CT)Primary responsibilities included cost reporting, productivity modeling, and staffing models.
