I held a number of Service Executive positions in CSC with my last leadeing the Network Rail contract. I was the deputy to the Transport and Consumer Sector Service Executive. I was part of the EMEA Top talent within CSC.Prior to that I was part of the Public Sector leading accounts across a number of Government bodies.Leading to that role I worked on the NHS account and owned the delivery of Configuration and Change management. This involved all of the key metrics from a ITIL perspective and ensuring the processes and tools were ISO 20000 compliant.On joining CSC I worked on the Royal Mail account leading the Logistics, Stamps & Collectibles and International business units from a service delivery perspective.
