I was head-hunted to help build out the Business Change and IT capability with this London Market insurance focused recruiter; Hanson Lee is a small, privately owned recruitment business. My mandate was to help build up the contract and permanent revenue across the accounts already with the business, whilst looking to secure further business of my own.I came on board at a key juncture for the firm moving forward and was involved in: company strategy, branding, vendor selection, marketing and company events to help develop the brand.Achievements :- Successfully placed 2 permanent staff with a GP of £14,800; Grew client base by two further multinational insurers and contributed to development of business operations through marketing strategy and business development.

I worked as part of the Contract Change Team at Eames Consulting, recruiting business change professionals - primarily Project and Programme level professionals - but also Business Analysts and Portfolio Managers and Analysts into the Lloyds insurance market’s Managing Agents. I consistently worked to and met challenging daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.Achievements :- I was quickly promoted to Key Account Manager in my short time at Eames and was given control of accounts I had developed to become successful from lapsed activity. I was targeted further accounts to develop. These were either accounts where historically, only sporadic business had occurred, or were new business altogether. I made a number of significant placements in my time with Eames, including my highest ever contract placement at £43,000 for 12 months at 22.5% margin.
