Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I watched my grandfather dedicate his life to building two businesses.Although initially successful, both ventures ultimately closed prematurely due to financial and tax challenges.This experience taught me from a young age the need for financial confidence in business and instilled in me a strategic and thoughtful approach.Determined to master the financial side of business, I spent the first 20 years of my career achieving just that.I started in audit at a large accounting firm, then worked for impactful community real estate developers. I later earned my Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and eventually became the Director of Finance and Asset Management at the University of Chicago, Commercial Real Estate Operations Group (CREO).While I enjoyed making a contribution in a large organization, I realized that I wanted to have an impact working directly with business owners.In 2018, I founded Next Level Financial to work directly with CEOs and business owners like my grandfather—eager to grow but lacking financial confidence.In 2023, I joined forces with my wife, Paris Williams, who brought her expertise in goal setting, growth strategy, leadership and strategic partnerships to Next Level Financial.Our mission at Next Level?
