I am the Chief Energizing Officer at Brands and Beyond Ltd and an accomplished sustainability marketing and energy expert with over 30 years of experience in pioneering sustainable solutions for every drop of water and watt of energy. Steering the most extensive restructuring, rebranding, and culture change of a 14,000-strong workforce, I grew profits by 120% in 5 years at Kenya Power. Regarding programs for PWD and women, we provide consultancy services to our customers including Kenya Power. The South Sudanese government also hired our company to manage the gender mainstreaming program in the oil and gas industry. The programme has a strong partnership with the Ministry of Energy, Finance, Agriculture, Kenya private Sector Alliance. FGM to STEM is an innovative programme of taking Sciences to the most remote areas of the country using renewable energy solutions to fight FGM. It has been adopted as one way to Eradicate FGM by 2022.
