I am the Chief Energizing Officer at Brands and Beyond Ltd and an accomplished sustainability marketing and energy expert with over 30 years of experience in pioneering sustainable solutions for every drop of water and watt of energy. Steering the most extensive restructuring, rebranding, and culture change of a 14,000-strong workforce, I grew profits by 120% in 5 years at Kenya Power. I led behavior change communication for the 4,500-strong United Nations office in Nairobi, implementing flexible work post-COVID. As a Board Trustee, I led the formation, rebranding, and culture change of the Kenya Power Pension Fund.With extensive experience in off-grid marketing and communication, I am currently leading the region's largest deployment of off-grid solutions.
