Hello! I’m James Greene, a Tampa native (Go Bucs!) and a senior electrical engineering student studying at the University of Florida.Ever since I was a boy playing with Legos, I’ve always loved tackling projects and solving problems. I remember in third grade writing a letter to my future self, and under a question asking what my dream job was, I put "engineering." That enduring passion has led me to pursue my current degree and secure an internship to further apply my talents and knowledge.As I progress through my university courses, I’ve discovered that I'm a hands-on learner and a very analytical thinker. I enjoy creating, designing, and finding the most efficient way to address a problem. I have found a large passion for the analog parts of the electrical engineering field, especially with designing and building circuitry. This year I’ve particularly liked signal processing and system design, and I’m planning to take more advanced circuitry courses in the near future. Succeeding in this major has proven to be tedious, but I have learned a lot about myself and am ready to apply these lessons in the industry.
