• Conducted litigation at various court hierarchies, of legal matters such as debt recovery, contractual, banking and land disputes, employment and industrial relations, sale of goods, abuse of power, unlawful interference of business, intellectual property infringement and defending government bodies from lawsuits.• Took the lead in investigating on a cross-border cryptocurrency scam and represented clients to submit a report containing detailed findings of such scam to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, Royal Malaysia Police and Securities Commission Malaysia. • Advisory and training on compliance & regulatory matters such as whistleblowing, anti-corruption and personal data protection matters.

• Assisted Management in corporate disputes i.e. directors’ breach of fiduciary duties, conflict of interest and minority oppression.• Advised on a group restructuring exercise involving the Take-Over Code 2010, FinTech (e-wallet), e-commerce, information technology, intellectual property, privacy, and consumer protection laws.• Prepared and reviewed documents such as cloud services, software development, service levels, support and management services, livestreaming, and movie investment agreements.
