As the Compliance Lead, I'm responsible for driving the transformation of our customer compliance culture, making sure compliance is always a top priority. My role involves leading, managing, and implementing compliance strategies to meet targets and key performance indicators. Through coaching and leveraging my experience, I foster a performance-oriented culture. I collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure our business remains compliant amidst changing regulations.I create a compliance culture that encourages growth, trust, and development, supporting our teams to excel. This includes assisting Team Leaders with compliance coaching and process management. I offer coaching to Team Leaders on compliance focus areas and support them in coaching sessions and disciplinary processes. I'm also the go-to person for regulatory teams and regularly report compliance activities to senior management and stakeholders.
