My role covered direct sales, where I would visit potential customers in their home and give a demonstration on the product of interest. I consistantly achieved and exceeded my monthly £100,000 target and was helping to motivate my peers. I was responsible for both the Watford and Reading branch – organising, confirming and delegating leads to the reps. I would hold weekly sales meetings and would provide ongoing training regularly around selling techniques. On being promoted to a managerial position, I turned both the Watford and Reading branches around and they went from two of the lowest performing branches to two of the highest in the region.
