• Implement, oversee, and review ESG policies and procedures forsustainability and compliance.• Collaborate with CTGRI teams to address compliance gaps and findopportunities for value addition.• Formulate recommendations and requirements for CTGRI actions andincorporate them into internal and project-related documentation.• Monitor CTGRI's environmental, social, and governance performance.• Report to the ESG Manager in the Legal/Compliance Team and work withinternal and external stakeholders to achieve ESG policy goals andstandards.• Providing technical expertise on environmental and social impactassessment and sustainability risks.• Managing environmental and social safeguarding due diligence forrenewable energy projects.• Identifying potential social and environmental impacts and ensuring theirunderstanding by CTGRI and stakeholders.• Ensuring CTGRI's awareness of applicable ESG policies, guidelines, andproject-specific requirements.• Conducting stakeholder consultations and reporting in line with policiesand guidelines.• Reporting and disseminating good practices and knowledge according tonational and international mandates.• Strong knowledge and familiarity with the:- IFC Performance Standards - Performance Standards on Environmental andSocial Sustainability 2012- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems- Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan (LARAP)- Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP)- ESMS or Environmental and Social Management System Policies• Experience in making corporate and project risk registers for Risk Management
