Responsible for planning, managing and delivering the Lord Mayor’s considerable diary commitments on a day-to-day basis. Accompanying the Lord Mayor as a part of his Civic Party and ensuring that detailed arrangements are made – and followed – for the smooth running of each event. Dealing with incoming VIP delegations including Heads of State and Government; liaising closely with Government departments such as FCO and UKTI.
