CurrentI lead the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives to drive demand across both the Provider and Client sides of the business. I built a high-performing team from the ground up and successfully spearheaded the re-platforming and redesign of PatientPoint.com, delivering the project on time and $50K under budget. I developed and implemented a streamlined lead delivery model, integrating two Salesforce instances using a single website and Pardot platform, which returned 10x pipeline to budget. Additionally, I designed and rolled out a demand intake process for program activation, while overseeing the consolidation of Salesforce instances and optimizing marketing technology to align with business goals.
