I led TechnoServe Benin, with 140 staff. Raised $58M in funding, provided technical support to programs, established a global practice for cashew ($60M portfolio), led agritech innovations, and launched TechnoServe's largest SME business accelerator. Created $100M of incremental income for 1500 small businesses and 70,000 farmers.

In support of a large investment expanding production in Haiti, I oversaw a restructuring of the distribution operations serving 50,000 vendors. Supported market entry strategies for new product categories, localized marketing campaigns, and innovations in trade marketing for local context.

Led the Technoserve Mango Program in Haiti, an $11M program funded by The Coca Cola Company, USAID, and IADB to double the mango income of 25,000 farmers and designed micro-finance product serving 9,000 active borrowers with $4M of credit.

Manager and Head of Consortium for a 1.9M Euro EU-funded project to develop the mango and avocado value chains in central Haiti; head of office in Saut D'eau. Aided over 6,000 farmers to improve production and quality and access high quality inputs.

Initiated social enterprise venture to produce, process, market, and export natural sesame seed from Burkina Faso to the US, Asia, and the Middle East, and managed all aspects of supply chain development and operation.

Advised rural microfinance credit union Les Caisses Populaires du Burkina, conducted small business management trainings for community organizations.

Provided research support, produced press releases, and independently selected new project proposals for a range of environmental litigation cases and private industry initiatives.
