• Rotated to Chevron’s MCBU (Permian) asset as an onsite representative (D/WSR) for multi-well pad drilling and completion operations as part of Chevron’s Horizons Program for university hired engineers. Drilled and completed in both Midland and Delaware basin on Nabors/Patterson rigs and NexTier frac spreads, respectively.• Gained project management skills through programs that involved budgets of $6 - 9+ million per well, standard operating procedure (SOP) execution, 20 - 50+ people on location, key stakeholder communication, process improvement pilot initiatives, and ensuring environmental safety and IFO (incident free operations) are upheld.• Well versed in routine drilling operations such as directional drilling, three and four string designs, running hangers/packers, conventional motor and rotary steerable drilling, offline and online cementing, mud design and conditioning, BOP testing, casing tally design, rig move planning and execution, Wellview reporting, wellhead configurations, ensuring well control barriers are sufficient, meeting regulatory requirements, and conducting pre-job/tour safety meetings to cultivate proper preparation.• Competent in non-routine drilling operations such as drilling with waterflow, managing severe losses, ballooning, working in highly potential H2S areas, foam cementing, MPD, cement squeezing, sidetracking, fishing, logging, and coring.• Experienced in completion operations such as simul-frac (fracing multiple wells simultaneously), wireline plug/perf, zipper frac valve manipulation, 100 mesh proppant design, acid injection, FR optimization, equipment pressure testing, and frac site preps.

• Participated in field activities such as workover operations, rod pump and gas lift builds/teardowns, and lift designs • Tested and implemented the Dual Shot Acoustic Technique (DSAT) to investigate gas lift valve failures• Performed a rod guide look-back analysis and engineered an economic decision model to either lay down or re-run guided rods based on a CBA given chance to part rod if re-run and cost to replace guided rods• Recommended a plan of action going forward to integrate DSAT into current system of gas lift valve failure troubleshooting tools and provided a solution to save $6,750/well on average using rod guide lay down approach
